Whatever the Budget brings, our expert panel will be on hand to fully analyse the headlines, the underlying detail, and what they expect in terms of ongoing implications.

Identification to impact: Strengthening processes for vulnerable clients

Following our recent Compliance Clinic on working with clients with vulnerable character, we’re pleased to delve further into this important, evolving area with a panel of area specialists.  The FCA has been very clear that vulnerability is a key focus for them, with the regulator recently stating ‘‘If a firm can’t get vulnerability right, particularly the identification, then how is it getting its target market or client segmentation right?”.  In this session, we’ll explore not only regulation around vulnerable clients, but also how to strengthen processes of identification and evidencing, and how to continue effectively supporting clients with vulnerable characteristics.
