James is a Compliance Development Manager with over 20 years’ experience in financial services compliance roles. Having started his career with the Halifax, James has spent the last 17 years in compliance management positions within SimplyBiz. James’s role primarily includes (but is by no means limited to!) leading, training and development of a team of compliance consultants who deliver compliance support services throughout England and operational management of the firm’s consultancy services. James is based in Sheffield with his family and enjoys all things sport, food and drink related.
